Shipping Policy

By default, a signature is required for all deliveries that you receive from All About Empathy.

All orders except pick-ups from our Kellyville store that include perishable or temperature-sensitive goods:

  • Require a cool pack to be purchased, without which an order cannot be completed
  • Come with your authority to leave your delivery unattended if you are not available to receive a parcel at the delivery address provided, regardless of whether or not an authority to leave is given.

A refund cannot be provided for goods returned to us, due to a failed delivery because you were not available to receive your delivery, or an incorrect delivery address was provided. The parcel can be picked up from our Kellyville store up to 14 days after your order is returned to us or can be resent after a redelivery fee has been paid.

If pickup from our Kellyville store is selected at checkout, a copy of your invoice and proof of your identity is required at pickup. If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, then please provide their details at check out under delivery instructions. The nominated person for collection will need to bring your invoice and proof of their identity when picking up.

You also agree that delivery will be deemed to be completed as soon as your order is left at your designated delivery address.

Regardless of whether your order was received, with or without signature or left unattended, you agree that neither All About Empathy, its representatives nor the courier company will be held responsible or liable for any losses, damages, expenses, injury or consequential losses that occurs to you or any other person after delivery is deemed to be completed.
